Platform Development Roadmap

What is the agreed development sequencing from MVP to Beta — commercial gaps first, or module depth first?

The platform is pilot-ready today. The calculation engine is complete. The ~15% remaining is split into two tracks: commercial gaps (email notifications, billing, GDPR — needed to operate as a business) and product depth (new assessment modules — needed to serve more energy systems). Phase A closes commercial gaps while pilots run. Phase B builds module depth guided by pilot feedback. Full roadmap detail is in /home/mahmud/EcoOptimize_Beta_Roadmap.md. Partner inputs here reflect sequencing priorities, not technical implementation.
