Legal Entity Structure

Where should EcoOptimize be legally incorporated, and does it need entities in multiple jurisdictions?

A Bangladesh-only entity is sufficient for BD pilots but may block GIZ grants (which often require a legal entity in the applicant’s target country) or EU client contracts. A German entity enables EU contracts and GDPR compliance but is more complex and costly to maintain. Estonian e-Residency provides an EU legal presence at low cost. Deferring creates last-minute pressure when the first international contract is needed.

Options
Bangladesh entity only Germany / EU entity only BD entity + German entity Estonian e-Residency (EU legal, low cost) Defer until first international contract requires it
