Pricing Model Structure

What commercial model will EcoOptimize use — per-audit fee, annual subscription, tiered subscription, or hybrid?

Subscription models provide predictable recurring revenue, which is better for company valuation and cash flow planning. Per-audit fees are easier for clients to justify initially (no long-term commitment) but harder to scale. A hybrid (subscription + premium per-audit report) gives flexibility. Pricing must work across the BD and DE markets at different price points.
