How many factories participate in the pilot, from which geography, and what minimum capacity criteria apply?
Factory selection affects audit data quality, use case diversity, and the pipeline for Beta commercial clients. Larger factories have more complex energy systems and higher ROI from audits, but smaller factories are easier to onboard. Targeting export-oriented factories ensures ESG buyer pressure creates genuine motivation to participate.
Options
Small cohort: 2–3 factories, medium-large mills
Moderate cohort: 4–6 factories, mix of sizes
Large cohort: 7–10 factories, volume-first approach
