D-21 Near-Term — Pilot Running · Month 1–2 Open Development Ref: DEV-02

Phase B Module Build Sequence

In what order should the Phase B assessment modules be built — and should pilot feedback gate the sequence or is it pre-decided?

Phase B covers: Module 4.6 Steam Distribution (P0 textile), Module 4.1 Gap — generator cooling system, Module 4.3 Compressed Air, Module 4.4 HVAC (chiller, cooling tower, split AC/VRF, fresh air), Module 4.5 Electrical (power factor, motors, fans, pumps, lighting), Module 2 Management Assessment, Module 1 Extension (emission KPI dashboard). Module 4.6 Steam is the clear first build for textile clients. The sequence of the remaining modules should be informed by pilot data — which systems auditors encounter most, and what recommendations factories act on. Full module detail is in /home/mahmud/EcoOptimize_Beta_Roadmap.md.

Options
Pre-decided sequence: 4.6 → 4.5 → 4.4 → 4.3 → Module 2 → Module 1 ext. Pilot-gated: 4.6 first (confirmed), remainder ordered by pilot feedback at Month 3 Parallel tracks: 4.6 + Module 2 in parallel from Month 3
⛓ Depends on: D-12, D-16
